Neither the Sergeant nor anybody else in Los Angeles had time to know this Comandante. And yet,they were many who had placed their hope in his arrival. Indeed, Capitain Melindez had the reputation of being a fair and good Comandante, who could restore peace and serenity in the pueblo. But... some people decided otherwise.
