Don Alejandro de la Vega is Los Angeles' most influential notable. He owns, in the area around the pueblo, a splendid hacienda built during the previous century by his grandfather. On his estate, Alejandro raises a few thousand head of cattle and a few hundred horses which are his passion and his great pride.
Don Alejandro is a proud, generous and courageous man. He thought he had passed down those qualities to his son Diego. But, the latter has revealed himself totally changed since he came back from Spain.
